- Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape aggressively, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Sites or related systems.

Unless otherwise stated, software, branding, text, graphics, and other materials on the Sites are owned by Slither Software or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Site materials without our prior written permission, except as allowed by law.
Product agreements
Access to paid or licensed Slither products (for example desktop software, hosted apps, or client implementations) is governed by the separate contract, licence, or order form for that product. If there is a conflict, the product agreement controls for that product.
Third-party links and services
The Sites may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.
Disclaimer
The Sites are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, we disclaim warranties about uninterrupted access, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you cannot waive under the Australian Consumer Law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slither Software is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Sites. Our total liability for claims relating to the Sites is limited to AUD $100, or any non-excludable statutory remedy.

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Sites after changes means you accept the updated terms. The “Last updated” date above will change when we revise them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts in that jurisdiction have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
